By using resources and equipment heroes can become stronger through several different upgrades to defeat more challenging opponents. This page covers the available upgrades for heroes.

The full costs and requirements to upgrade a hero from level 0 to 200 and 5-Stars to 10-Stars are summarized in the image below.
Overall it costs a total of 63,252,370 Gold, 39,987,899 Soul Shards, and 5,640 Stones of Revelation to upgrade a single 5* hero to 10*s. That’s not including the 8 copies of a specific hero, and 55 copies of heroes in the same camp for a 200% stat boost along with skill upgrades to level 3.

Do I need 10 5 star heros for one 6 star hero?
If you are fusing using the Fused Quartz then yes it uses 10 5-star heroes for a RANDOM 6-star hero. However, if you fuse heroes normally using [2] hero copies + [1] specific fodder + [3] random 5-star heroes it only uses 6. So you save 4 5-star heroes from fusing normally rather than using the random fusion. Plus you might not get the hero you want from random fusions with or without using the specific camp fusions as well.
How do you fuse characters “normally” I haven’t figured that part out yet. I’ve only been able to fuse via random fusion.
Hi Rin! To fuse heroes the regular way just enter the Fused Quarts, tap on any hero and view their heroes needed for fusions. Typically 5 stars need 4 Main Hero copies, 4 specific 3 star copies, and 4 camp 4 star copies, and 6 stars need 2 Main Hero copies, 1 specific 5 star copy, and 3 camp 5 star copies.
So basically it costs 8 4-star heroes + 4 3-star heroes to regularly fuse a 5 star hero versus 10 4-star heroes to randomly fuse a 5 star hero (overall that’s 2 more 4 star heroes for random, or 4 3-star heroes for fusions). And it costs 6 5-star heroes to fuse a 6 star hero versus 10 5-star heroes to randomly fuse a 6 star hero (overall that’s 4 more 5 star heroes).
TLDR: Fusing heroes regularly requires specific heroes, but less heroes than random fusions. I would only recommend fusing 3 stars into a 4 star. For any camp(s) you are NOT using you could fuse those 4 star heroes randomly or into specific heroes.
